Frequently asked questions
Answers to what people ask us most often, before the first conversation. If your question is not here, write to us — we reply within two working days at most.
01
How long does a website take?
A brochure site takes 3–5 weeks on average from the moment we have the copy and the photographs. An online shop, 6–10 weeks. What usually causes delay is not the build but the content — which is why we ask for it at the start, not at the end.
02
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many pages, how many photographs and what functions are needed, so we don’t publish a price list that would be misleading anyway. After the first conversation you get a written proposal saying what is included and what is not. The price is firm — we don’t invoice extra for what we forgot to include.
03
Do I have to take the whole package?
No. Many projects start with a single direction — usually the website or the photography. We tell you where we think it makes sense to start, even when that means less work for us.
04
Who runs the website after delivery?
You do. We work in WordPress precisely so you don’t depend on us for a text change or a new photo. At handover you get full access and we show you how to work in it. If you would rather we handled maintenance, we can — but that is a choice, not an obligation.
05
Who owns the photographs and source files?
You do. Logo, photographs, layouts, website — all handed over at the end of the project. We hold nothing back.
06
Do you work outside Mureș County?
Digital projects — website, SEO, social media — we run remotely, wherever it makes sense. For photography and film we travel to you; the travel cost is in the proposal from the start.
07
Do you photograph private individuals too?
Yes — portrait and event photography. Most of our work is for businesses, but portrait sessions are a constant part of what we do.
08
What languages do you work in?
Romanian, Hungarian and English. We can build the site in any of them or in all three, with the translation structure in place from the start — not bolted on afterwards.
