The site is operated by THE IRIS GALLERY S.R.L., CUI 40357640, Trade Register no. J2018002067268, registered office at Ceuașu de Câmpie 444, Mureș County, Romania, under the brand FRAME & SIGNAL.

Site content

The texts, images, video material and visual identity elements on this site belong to us or are used with the owners’ permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.

The work shown in the portfolio is published with the clients’ consent. Rights over client trademarks and materials remain with them.

Information on the site

We inform accurately and keep the content up to date, but we do not guarantee that the site is permanently available or free of errors. Service descriptions are informative and do not constitute a binding offer; the actual terms are set out in the proposal and contract for each project.

Links to other sites

The site contains links to websites we built and to other pages. We are not responsible for the content of sites run by others.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you are a consumer and you are unhappy with our services, write to us first at office@frame-signal.ro. We reply within two working days at most and try to resolve it directly.

If we cannot reach a solution, you can turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection — anpc.ro — including through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) procedure, which is free for the consumer.

The European ODR platform was closed by the European Commission in July 2025 and can no longer be used. For cross-border disputes within the European Union, ECC Romania can help.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts in Romania.
