This policy explains what personal data we collect through frame-signal.ro, why we collect it and what rights you have over it.

Who we are

FRAME & SIGNAL is a brand of THE IRIS GALLERY S.R.L., CUI 40357640, Trade Register no. J2018002067268, registered office at Ceuașu de Câmpie 444, Mureș County, Romania. For any question about your data, write to us at office@frame-signal.ro.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you send us yourself, through the contact form:

• your name;
• your company name, if you fill it in;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you fill it in;
• the project type and timeframe you tick;
• the message you write.

We do not collect data about you if you only read the site and never write to us.

Why we use it

We use it exclusively to reply to your message and, if the conversation continues, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

Messages sent through the form reach us by email, at the address above. The site does not store messages in a database of its own. We keep the correspondence for as long as the discussion requires and, if it leads to a contract, for the period required by legal and accounting obligations.

Who else has access

The site’s hosting provider and the email service provider, strictly so that the service works. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

External services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your IP address is passed to Google’s servers. We use no traffic analytics tools and we have no advertising pixels installed.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. You can exercise them by writing to us at office@frame-signal.ro. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

Changes

If we change the way we use data, we update this page.
